Amy will show you how the City of Middletown, CT financed, cleaned up and put back to use a factory, foreclosed on by the City, that now has more than 25 small companies and hundreds of employees.
Jason will show how he used multiple funding sources to turn an abandoned factory back into 25 apartments that will breath new life into downtown Brockton, MA. .
